Cambodia (attn: epidemiks )
Heading to Phnom Penh for 3 days at the end of the year (I know not long). Last time I was there was in '96 and I assume it's changed greatly since
then.
What's good to do/cram in those times?

96? yeah, I doubt you'll recognise the place. the roads in phnom penh were probably better back then.
hit up some beer gardens, buy me beer, there's some decent music around town now and then, hire a moto and ride out to Kien Svay, Udong or just head
straight down to Kampot and take a moto up Phnom Bokor.
but 3 days? not much eh.
I'll be down in Kep/Kampot around xmas, but in town most of Dec/Jan. you know when you're coming?
