I went, it is incredible, sensory overload. Walk the treats sipping exotic tall cans of 8% vodka shooting firecrackers into luminous buildings. Place
is ridiculous, good gigs and big focus on nightlife so you won't miss out there. Pack minimal clothing as a lot of money will be spent of clothes
regardless if thats your intention.
I only went for a month but definitely a place I want to go and live.

Japan is excellent, you'll love it. Been there 3 times now. I liked Kamakura and the Mt Fuji/Hakone bus trip thing I did.
The best place in Japan I went to was Hakata which is a series of islands. It's a hard place to get to but the scenery is brilliant. If you can get
there during their dragon festival or whatever it's called, the place goes pretty mental. They crack open barrels of sake that have been donated to
the local temple and sink piss for a couple of days doing traditional Japanese dances and things about this famous story of a boy taming a dragon.
That's how I recall it anyway.

Just posted a new thread in the actual travel bit, will be coming over at the end of July.
I have been before but feel I didn't get to do enough and missed out on a lot. Will have a rail pass so will be fanging around.

Just got back a couple of weeks ago, third trip there, only went for a few weeks this time round..
I hit Fuji Q Highland for the first time, wow...
If you're into big rollercoasters and what not, check that out, Mt Fuji towers above the whole theme park.
Kyoto is a must see aswell, great city.
Osaka good for music/digging.
Harajuku/Ikebukero are dope for opshopping if your into that stuff, got some crazy vintage threads.
Hiroshima peace museum is pretty eye opening, and Fukuoka is a cool city aswell.
If your into onsens, hot springs etc hit up Beppu, they got some cool shit.
