It's not easy, lot easier to keep using then it is to try & stop. I spent 7-8 years on 'done trying to get over my addiction, you might think thats
putting it off, but I still managed to beat it.
Putting it off for some people is the best way to kick it.
Anticpation builds a picture in the mind, a visualisation of
them being sobar. Giving yourself a date or time is the best
thing you can do. Koze must be on the gear.

Generally the heads that put it off are the people that don't really have the want/will to kick it, therefore it fails in the long run.
I havn't been in their shoes, but I've been right there beside them more than once.
The way I said that came off a bit cuntish before - no mallace intended really, just being level with you.

I don't usually like Kerser but thought this was pretty fukn good (despite being about being a crackhead?)... that beat...
subject matter can be eclectic. some of the best albums ever made were not for the main market but more a signature piece or statement. the important
thing in my view is the music first and foremost. what it's about is usually secondary but critical to it holding up to times scrutiny.
