Every sample producer has used a previously used sample one way or another, but TROY is one of those samples like
juicy, anything of illmatic, the symphony, etc etc, was done so well the first time, you want to have a pretty good reason to do it. If you

For years there was criticism levelled at raps music that sampling/copying rock/soul songs was not only disrespectful of the original artist but also
diluted their fans enjoyment of the original song.
Pete rock was part of that generation that copped that criticism, so it's kinda smelly dicked when he gets upset over a younger generation doing the
