saw this today, was blown away, still cant wuite work it out, looks like a step sequencer attached a computer running vst's and effects, sampling
capabilitys the works!
The Octatrack is also getting some shine in Music mags lately calling the new sampler of the decade, even read a quote where it said "mpc killer!"
and the Miko, Neko or (openlabs) keyboard / everything workstation) which is also like a computer based sequencer.

Basketball flat peak - go JUMP like Kriss Kross/ wear Miami Heat but never heard of a Chris Bosh...
Been playing around with this (just the software):
Its pretty much just software with a MIDI control surface..
loaded with a heap of sounds emulating classic drum synths and is pretty fun to use, the program is nice looking, and its good to get away from Reason
for abit.... The quality of the samples sounds pretty good when played out of your interface (ive been recording the hits into the MPC out of my
interface).
this one takes the cake for ridiculous marketing...
that kdj looks crazy! i used to sequence beats on my gameboy so it looks like a natural progression.
Geez, that video was so douche-esque. It showed NOTHING about specs or cabability or functionality, just 2 douchebags being anti-social and awkward.
Hahah I lol'd!
I'm a Maschine man, so until I get my Akai Ren, i will continue to to Native Instruments.
