fluid cos I'm in the middle of nowhere. Could I use metho or should I just wash it in the sink with detergent? Any tips?
Even you could also use your shampoo as a house hold cleaner . Even it would be also very effective & safe home cleaner. I think you should try this

You can dilute some metho with water. That does the trick. If it's really dirty try rinsing it in the sink. Not sure what detergent would work best
but probably not toilet cleaner. I'd suggest a small amount of dishwashing liquid.
