Depends on your definition of reality.
I hope you don't mean "talent" shows that are stupidly named as reality shows.
I would recommend shit like Embarrassing Bodies because you get to see hilarious dicks and quadra-boobies and shit.
Or day-in-the-life crap like Sylvania Waters because it is the original steez.
Crap like that stupid Osbournes show make me ill because they sully the good name of respectable people by adding contrived plotlines and shithouse
acting.

I would say reality shows are serialised non-fiction TV programs.
I've got no interest in The Shire type crap. But there are zero limits to what you can base a reality show on so I'm assuming that there are some good
ones out there with interesting themes/concepts.

I can't recommend any reality shows I've ever caught although I do have a soft spot for the Peter Andre one they show here in the UK because Pete is
just one big stupid adorable motherfucker. His heart is in the right place, but unfortunately he has the IQ of a retard.
It's like watching a 10 year old boy living the life of a celebrity has-been, complete with sports cars, shithouse endorsements and rec centre
concerts in places like Norwich.
