oh yeah.....
Told him about what people have been saying on the board, and what the hiphop purists think of him being part of Australian Hiphop.
He was very offended, and said basically "that he was living the hiphop lifestyle, when those cunts were in nappies. Which of them has shot and killed
a bloke, faced a murder trial, stabbed people, and set people on fire. They fuckin havent, I fuckin have."

Purchasing Omega Replica Watches To Remain Fashionable. Compared with the high degree of authenticity of Omega watches prices they are effective
alternatives to truly appreciate the beauty of luxury. Can firstly that the cost of a genuine Omega clock as much as $45 while the cost of a user

i agree a hip hop life has nothing to do with killing someone,
this culture may incorporate other things than music, like graffiti and breakdancing, but ive never heard neone associate murder with hip hop, thats
more linked to jail and criminals, and chopper cannot really call himself an emcee, if he wasn't famous then no one would care at all about his
rhyming ability....all that said good luck to him, please dont kill me

rottn..
the hip hop purists would likey be guys who've been writers for 15-20 years.. who spent their youth tagging walls.. doing yards.. hanging with their
crews.. doing crew shit.. which rarely included violence dude..
most other hip hop purists are guys who breakdanced in the early days.. many of those guys including myself still hang in here.. many of us know each
other through the traps for decades.. and many of the young heads on here.. know older heads who all respect each other..
then there's the MC's and rymers.. who pioneered the aussie hip hop scene while chopper was writing childrens books..
they're in here too.. including many who have been releasing shit without any kind of financial backing.. no fame to lean upon.. no large one off
payments to cut their first CD..
you'll find the purists will respect THOSE guys more.. and for obvious reason..
hope you can see that most dudes here earnt their stripes too..

would be good if chopper posted up himself in here.. all the other hip hop artists write up.. and whatever shit they cop.. they hack it .. without
resorting to threats.. that's the key I learnt..
would love to see chop posting on here.. he'd make a heap of new friends and fans most likely..

Tags: do you think Chopper Read is going to sit in front of a computer to listen to the whinging/cock sucking from a lot of these wankers on this
board. He has an album to release... Sitting in front of a computer would not be a priority of choppers.
BUT on the point of Hip Hop being related to Violence... Id have to agree with your point Tags. Hip hop does not evolve around violence... its about
skill and progression. Chopper clearly has no idea about the true sense of Hip Hop if he thinks it only revolves around killing cunts and torching
cunts.
Thats my 2 cents. Peace.

i thought he didn't know what hip hop really was and now he has definately confirmed that with his comments.
this ain't the crime scene in australia, this is hip hop. this is OUR DOMAIN. i go into his circles and i would pay him homage, he come into our
circles he pays us homage. thats the way that it is.
edit: i got respect for him as a entertainer, not as an mc. the way i see it only chopper will benefit from this. all the artists involved i've heard
weren't paid very much and of course it is their talent that chopper is piggybacking on. but hey thats just my humble opinion. i'm sure it will do
very very well....for choppers back pockets.
hey don't get me wrong i loved the movie etc but this i just can't support.
peace

on his album it feats alot of Oz Artist, and him releasing the album with his image will help ozhiphop get alot more exposure as it is proving from
ACA coverage and same with publications such as herald sun, also will prob gain alot of more fans for the artist on the albums

you think anything covered by ACA will be in a good light then think again.
no doubt it'll be some:
"In light of recent national problems with Graffiti, Chopper Reid confirms Hip Hop's connections with underworld crime"
or some shit.

haha!
I don't think they'll take take that direction with it, maybe not the graffiti aspect but they might actually use the whole rap music -> violence
thing.
I don't think this release will help Aussie hip hop get much more exposure, but I think it will be entertaining.

yep and exposure no matter what it is, is good exposure?...the rules have changed haven't they. i guess it is all about the destination these days and
not the way we travel to get there.
